In 2005, in order to eliminate the lag time in approving loans, The Colombia Project began to send allocations to its partners in advance so that funds could be distributed as soon as the projects were approved. Upon receipt of a satisfactory accounting of prior funds along with a report on repayments, The Colombia Project wires the funds for the next round of loans. As of 2005, this type of information on individual projects is no longer maintained on-line.
