The cooperative of agrarian reform beneficiaries – COOBRA - is providing business training to ninety displaced persons while ODRI, supervises the investment. despite limited sales experience, Mr Munoz has the support of many relatives with experience in selling men’s and women’s clothing who are willing to advise him about market conditions and to help him, due to his status as a displaced person. at the beginning of the school year, sales of children’s socks and underwear are very good. Mr Munoz says he hopes to sell 45 dozen every two weeks, which would mean $1,200.00 in sales a month and gross earnings of 50%, leaving a net profit of almost $400.00 a month.
