Summary
Yolanda is a member of the Womens’ Association (ASOMUJER) and coordinates the Artisan-Handicraft activities that support the organization. She has worked with the association for two years creating Necklaces, Watches and Silverware.
The business is already established and its name is already known. It is in need of financial help to increase its sales. Sales have increased by 20% to the sale of 20 necklaces per month. With the help of credit, it is hoped to expand the business to 60 per month in the following manner:
In the first month 60 necklaces will be sold with a unit value of US$ 7.80; a total of US$468.00. By the fourth month the same quantity, 60 necklaces, the same for the 7th and 10th month.
With the loan to buy additional materials, it is expected that ASOMUJER will receive more that US$156.00 for the sale of 20 necklaces and US$468 for the sale of 60 necklaces, which leaves a margin sufficient to cover the cost of new materials and pay back the loan and provide a profit of US$139 per month.
I will pay the loan in twelve monthly installments with the earnings generated monthly from the project.
